Carlyle Grade School Phone List


Carlyle CUSD1 has contracted with AlertNow for rapid communication service for employees and households with students enrolled in the Carlyle School District.  This system will notify you of school closings, other emergencies and general information.  To begin this process we will need you to prioritize phone numbers for this system to use.  Below you have the option to list up to 5 numbers for this system to use.  All numbers listed will be called in school closing and emergencies situations.  We will need you to list the numbers in priority order and state what the number refers to.  (Example: Home phone, father's cell, grandmother's number, guardian number, etc.).  If you have other children in different schools please fill out all the forms you receive.  You will not receive multiple calls at the same number.  Very soon we will be testing the system to verify we are ready for the 2009-2010 school year.  Please fill out the information below.  You do not have to list 5 phone numbers.  Please include area code when entering phone number.  Click on "Send Now" button when finished.
